This position is multi-faceted, focusing on front line guest contact experience for the dealership. It will entail managing the receptionist duties, service and sales follow up calls, ability to make service appointments, and maintenance of guest areas. The Supervisors is also responsible for assisting the Guest Relation Manager with information, forms, reports, and or documentation related to customer relations as well as helping with guest and associate events. This position also requires the Supervisor to establish and maintain a good working relationship with all service consultants and the Service Manager.
The supervisor will be responsible for staffing, training and performance reviews of all guest contact associates.

The Financial Services Consultant is responsible for maintaining satisfactory levels of gross profit and customer satisfaction in the sale of finance and insurance services and products. S/he has responsibility to create, where needed, and maintain processes for the sale of these products, which includes providing Sales Consultants with product information and training them on selling techniques and on the proper preparation of paperwork. The Financial Services Consultant is responsible for assisting Sales Consultants in the sale when necessary and may need to handle the sale by him/herself. In addition, the Financial Services Consultant should maintain updated knowledge on all state and federal laws related to the department, including but not limited to cash disclosure requirements, damage disclosures, auto industry and related banking laws, and provide this information to the Sales Consultants and Sales Managers. The Financial Services Consultant has responsibility to review all related paperwork completed by the sales department personnel, and s/he should create processes to identify and correct errors in the paperwork prior to submission to the Administrative Office, financial institutions, DMV and other outside entities. The Financial Services Consultant is also the primary dealership contact for all finance source relations.

The Service Consultant is responsible for parts and service sales on the Service Drive and for proper handling of service customers. By his/her actions, the Service Consultant influences the volume of service business done and plays a key role in assuring customer satisfaction. The Service Consultant is responsible for writing a repair order that complies with the rules and regulations of the Bureau of Automotive Repair and the policies and procedures of the dealership.

The Service Concierge is responsible for ensuring arriving guests are greeted professionally and quickly. This position will be responsible for checking in a guest’s vehicle, gathering vehicle information, and informing the guests of our service drive processes/next steps. When needed, an additional responsibility will include reviewing of Multi-Point Inspection findings with guests and gaining approval/declination of services being offered. This position will maintain a clean and professional looking service drive including the service desk area. An additional component of the position is to ensure a smooth operating drive where vehicle and pedestrian traffic is kept moving to minimize bottle necks. By his/her actions, the Service Concierge influences the volume of service business done and plays a key role in assuring customer satisfaction This position will also assist the Loaner Car Administrator during times of high volume/flow or when coverage is needed. Maintaining “Greeted Promptly Score” from Lexus Customer Survey’s over the Lexus National average is required.

The Lube Technician is responsible for checking and changing the oil and other fluids in the vehicle as needed. The position also requires the ability to identify mechanical problems that exist with the vehicle being serviced and to communicate the concerns to the Service Consultant.

The Delivery & Technology Specialist needs to be fascinated by the way things work and up to date with innovative technologies. This individual will be personable, enjoy meeting new people, and love sharing knowledge with customers and fellow employees. The ideal candidate must enjoy a challenge, and be a natural born teacher who has ability to break down and demonstrate any technology into a step-by-step process and into terms our customers can understand, retain and implement. The Guest Experience Specialist is an important front-line guest contact for the dealership. This position directly influences guests impressions by the way you meet and greet customers, answer their basic inquiries and direct guests to the appropriate party in accordance with dealership policies. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Technician with an in-depth knowledge of automotive diagnosis and repair. The Courtesy Car Driver is responsible for providing transportation for customers when they leave their vehicles for servicing and for making pick-ups and deliveries as required. When not transporting service customers, the Courtesy Car Driver is responsible for moving cars out of the breezeway, pulling them up for delivery if requested and assist in the breezeway and the shop clear of debris. The job requires use of a mobile phone, working and driving in varying temperature and weather conditions, sitting for long periods of time, walking and getting in and out of vehicles. In addition, the job requires an individual with a good driving record, knowledge of the road system and area, good human relations skills, good organizational skills, and the ability to make sound decisions. The position also requires frequently changing position including getting in and out of vehicles, carrying/lifting of various materials, pushing/pulling, bending, reaching/handling, and twisting. This is a key position in the dealership and as such excellent attendance is a necessity.

The Car Wash Attendant/Valet is responsible for moving customers’ vehicles out of the breezeway and pulling them forward for delivery, if requested. This person is responsible for washing, cleaning and vacuuming the exterior and interior of the vehicles. In addition, the Car Wash Attendant/Valet is responsible for moving all vehicle wash equipment outside into the proper designated area, returning all vehicle wash equipment to the shop at the end of the shift, and cleaning up the wash rack area (for example, paper, plastic, tags, and towels). When there are no vehicles that need cleaning, the Car Wash Attendant/Valet should pick up all debris in the breezeway, porter area and lot areas. The job requires the ability to use various hand tools and car wash machinery, driving vehicles, working with hazardous materials in which training will be provided, walking and standing for long periods of time, walking through the breezeway and lot, frequently changing positions including getting in and out of cars, carrying/lifting of various materials weighing 5-20 lbs. frequently and 21 lbs. and over occasionally. Pushing/pulling 5-20 lbs. frequently and 21 lbs. and over occasionally, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, handling, grasping, and twisting. The job requires an individual who is a good driver and follows directions. Also, the job requires working in extreme temperature and weather conditions.
