The Receptionist/ Scanner/ Administrator's primary duties are answering incoming calls, proactively meeting and solving customer's needs, redirecting calls to the appropriate department, and assisting in scheduling appointments when necessary. Additional include organizing, cataloging, and working with others in the office to evaluate retention of files and documents in preparation for storage. In addition, this person may assist in scanning documents to create online files and when appropriate purging using safeguarding practices. They will also be responsible for accurately scanning documents to the Kuni Garage for processing and filing. This person must make sure that the filing and scanning is current, organized and accurate. The Receptionist/ Scanner/ Administrator must be able to guard the highly confidential and sensitive information s/he has access to.

Car Wash Attendant/Valet |

The Car Wash Attendant/Valet is responsible for moving customers’ vehicles out of the breezeway and pulling them forward for delivery, if requested. This person is responsible for washing, cleaning and vacuuming the exterior and interior of the vehicles. In addition, the Car Wash Attendant/Valet is responsible for moving all vehicle wash equipment outside into the proper designated area, returning all vehicle wash equipment to the shop at the end of the shift, and cleaning up the wash rack area (for example, paper, plastic, tags, and towels). When there are no vehicles that need cleaning, the Car Wash Attendant/Valet should pick up all debris in the breezeway, porter area and lot areas. The job requires the ability to use various hand tools and car wash machinery, driving vehicles, working with hazardous materials in which training will be provided, walking and standing for long periods of time, walking through the breezeway and lot, frequently changing positions including getting in and out of cars, carrying/lifting of various materials weighing 5-20 lbs. frequently and 21 lbs. and over occasionally. Pushing/pulling 5-20 lbs. frequently and 21 lbs. and over occasionally, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, handling, grasping, and twisting. The job requires an individual who is a good driver and follows directions. Also, the job requires working in extreme temperature and weather conditions.

The Service Consultant is responsible for parts and service sales on the Service Drive and for proper handling of service customers. By his/her actions, the Service Consultant influences the volume of service business done and plays a key role in assuring customer satisfaction. The Service Consultant is responsible for writing a repair order that complies with the rules and regulations of the Bureau of Automotive Repair and the policies and procedures of the dealership.

The Lube Technician is responsible for checking and changing the oil and other fluids in the vehicle as needed. The position also requires the ability to identify mechanical problems that exist with the vehicle being serviced and to communicate the concerns to the Service Consultant.

The Delivery & Technology Specialist needs to be fascinated by the way things work and up to date with innovative technologies. This individual will be personable, enjoy meeting new people, and love sharing knowledge with customers and fellow employees. The ideal candidate must enjoy a challenge, and be a natural born teacher who has ability to break down and demonstrate any technology into a step-by-step process and into terms our customers can understand, retain and implement. The Technology & Delivery Specialist will be engaged with the customer throughout the guest experience.

Guest Experience Specialist--Customer Service

The Guest Experience Specialist is an important front-line guest contact for the dealership. This position directly influences guests impressions by the way you meet and greet customers, answer their basic inquiries and direct guests to the appropriate party in accordance with dealership policies. In addition, this position is responsible for making drinks for guests; stocking and ordering goods/inventory, baking cookies for guests, and a variety of administrative duties as assigned.

We are looking for a friendly and professional demeanor coupled with being detailed, able to prioritize, multi task, and complete assignments with accuracy and a sense of urgency. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Technician with an in-depth knowledge of automotive diagnosis and repair. A working knowledge of Toyota Information Systems, Internet Explorer, ADP is a big plus.

The Service Concierge is responsible for ensuring arriving guests are greeted professionally and quickly. This position will be responsible for checking in a guest's vehicle, gathering vehicle information, and informing the guests of our service drive processes/next steps. When needed, an additional responsibility will include reviewing of Multi-Point Inspection findings with guests and gaining approval/declination of services being offered. This position will maintain a clean and professional looking service drive including the service desk area. An additional component of the position is to ensure a smooth operating drive where vehicle and pedestrian traffic is kept moving to minimize bottle necks. By his/her actions, the Service Concierge influences the volume of service business done and plays a key role in assuring customer satisfaction This position will also assist the Loaner Car Administrator during times of high volume/flow or when coverage is needed. Maintaining "Greeted Promptly Score" from Lexus Customer Survey's over the Lexus National average is required.
